Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any month by writing one email. Keep the domain, the website and every page. Here is exactly how it works.

The short version
You are never locked in. Cancel any month and nothing further is charged. If your website has not brought you a single customer inquiry in three months, you do not pay for the next three.
Cancelling
Write to hello@jed.so and say you want to stop. That is the whole process. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, no exit interview and no form.
The month you have already paid for runs to its end and the work continues until then. Nothing is charged after that.
What you keep
All of it. Your domain stays registered in your name. Your website, every page we wrote, your photos, your call tracking number and your rankings stay with you. We do not take anything back and we do not hold anything hostage. That is the point of owning your own channel instead of renting one.
Refunds on the month in progress
Because the work is done continuously through the month, a month already started is not normally refunded. Two exceptions, and we do not argue about either:
- We did not do the work. If we failed to deliver what the plan says for that month, we refund it.
- You were charged by mistake. A duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled, or a charge for a plan you did not order. We refund it in full and we do it the same day we find out.
The 3-month guarantee
This is separate from a refund and works differently: instead of money back, you get the next three months at no charge while we keep working. The full terms are on the guarantee page.
How refunds arrive
Back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days. We cannot send it anywhere else, because we never see your card details in the first place.
Before you file a chargeback
Please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and we would almost certainly have just refunded you. hello@jed.so reaches a person, not a queue.
